Scope & Expectations 

By enrolling in The Storyteller's Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This programme provides mentorship, coaching, structured lessons, live sessions, and curated community access only. It does not constitute a publishing contract, literary representation, or guarantee of commercial performance, publication, or sales.
• Mentorship guidance—including feedback on writing, craft, and storytelling—is provided professionally and in good faith, tailored to your development and the goals of the programme.
• While collaboration is encouraged, final decisions regarding curriculum, lesson content, live session topics, and mentorship structure rest with the programme facilitators, to maintain the programme’s focus, coherence, and quality.
• Timelines for lessons, assignments, and live sessions are indicative and may adjust to ensure each author receives considered guidance without compromising the quality of instruction.
• Access to the private writers’ community is exclusive to enrolled participants and intended for professional, supportive engagement. Any misuse, inappropriate content, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme.
• This programme does not include marketing, publishing, advertising, or distribution services unless separately agreed in writing. While a standing offer of publication with Chartus.X Publishing is extended where appropriate, it is conditional on programme completion and suitability of the manuscript and does not constitute a guaranteed publishing contract.
• Fees cover the mentorship services outlined above only. Requests for additional one-to-one sessions, bespoke assignments, or extended coaching beyond the standard programme may incur a revised fee.
• Due to the bespoke and selective nature of the programme, fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.
• This programme is intended for writers who value careful guidance, professional feedback, and deliberate craft development. Participants are expected to engage thoughtfully and responsibly to gain the full benefit of the mentorship experience.
